Once you send the first email to our customer service regarding your return request, your request will be processed. Due to a busy schedule, it may not always be possible for us to respond immediately. Therefore, there is no need to send multiple emails: your request will be processed as quickly as possible. Would you like to return an order? Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations, or for another reason.     Send the goods along with the completed return form to the address listed on the return form. Make sure to use a Track & Trace service. You, as the sender, are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

  3. Get your refund
    Once we have received the package, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded within 7 days via the same payment method you used.

Return Conditions and Guidelines:
Please note that returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Hygiene products unfortunately cannot be exchanged. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 days via the same payment method you used.
